An unidentified man was arrested on Wednesday night after he crashed his Prime Selections Delivery Truck into a Toyota Prius and fled the scene. The crash occurred on Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego, CA. The driver of the Prius was seriously injured and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
